I named my company Design Group 3 in honor of my father, who founded the original DG3 in 1970s Chicago—a hotbed of creative innovation. I grew up watching it grow from a small studio into a 30-year success, pushing boundaries and partnering with national brands like Crate & Barrel, Old Milwaukee, and Standard Oil.

Those years shaped me. I learned from some of the best and carried that ambition into my own career, rising from young designer to creative leader at multiple marquee agencies. Through it all, I’ve held onto the same drive: to create work that’s smarter, more vivid, and more memorable.
